Health & Safety
Masks, vaccinations, and testing are no longer required to attend ESO concerts. However, after discussion with our expert physician consultant and given the recent rise in COVID, flu and RSV infections in the Chicago area, the ESO encourages masking during the concert. As always, we ask that if you are sick, please stay home to prevent the spread of illness. The ESO continues to monitor COVID and will adapt this policy as needed.
To prevent the spread of any illness, if you are sick, stay home. You may contact our General Manager, Michelle Pranger, on 847-864-8804 to reschedule your tickets for another concert this season.
At this time, masks are optional at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall and at The Merion during Musical Highlights events. Guidelines may change in accordance with public health recommendations, so please check back here and pre-performance reminders for updates. Proof of vaccination is currently not required for audience members, Please note that all staff and artists are fully vaccinated.
Risk Assumption
All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending ESO concerts voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Exchange Policy
Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not attend ESO performances. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact the ESO at esomusic@evanstonsymphony.org or call (847) 864-8804 for exchange options.
